What is your returns policy?
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any product you purchase from AB AcuSupplies, you may return it to us within 30 days of order receipt and exchange it or receive a full refund. The product to be returned must be unused and in saleable condition (i.e., in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging).
If it has been more than 30 days since you purchased a product and you would like to return it, the right to do so is at AB AcuSupplies discretion. What if the product I purchased is defective or was damaged during shipment?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please immediately contact and report the damage to a customer service representative for assistance and instructions for returning the product.
In the event that a product you purchase from AB AcuSupplies is defective, you may return it to us within 90 days of order receipt or within the manufacturers warranty, whichever is longer. You may exchange it for the same product or receive a full refund on your credit card.
If you would like to have the same item or a replacement item sent to you, AB AcuSupplies will pay the shipping cost to send it.
What process do I follow to exchange a product?

Please enclose a copy of the packing slip that came with the original order or include a note indicating why you are returning the item and your contact information. Also, please indicate what product you are exchanging this item for. The shipment should be returned to:

Once the shipment is received at our office, it will take approximately 5 business days for us to process the request and send out the new item. Shipping time to your location should be added to the estimated processing time.
