Purchases
We accept orders through this website and the PayPal payment system. You may also order products featured on this website by post, by simply giving the description of goods and quantity of items required. After you have placed your order on-line, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order.
If you place an order offline, please contact us to arrange payment. If you decide to pay by cheque, we will wait until it clears before processing the order.
Payments
We accept payment for online purchases via Paypal. When afforded credit on orders, we request customers to pay for order as soon as possible.
Delivery
If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within 7 working days (excluding weekends), we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item(s) out of stock, or be given an expected date of delivery.
We cannot guarantee exact timescales for delivery. Deliveries by mail can take up to 7 days within the Ireland. Orders for non-Irish locations may take slightly longer.
Pricing
We retain the right to change the prices without notice. If prices on this website do not reflect our current retail price at anytime, you will be notified of the price difference and offered the option to accept the new price, or opt out of placing order.
